Conference Registration
Please read the following instructions and guidelines before returning your completed conference registration form:
- A specific registration form is designed for each particular conference and is made available via that conference's web page. There is no longer a general registration form.
- Conference fees are as stated on the relevant conference programme. Whether paying in advance or on the day, delegates paying at the rate for members/concessions will be required to show their membership card or evidence of student/unemployed/OAP status at the registration desk when they arrive.
- Registration reservations can be taken by phone: +44 (0)20 7862 8675 or email: ies@sas.ac.uk.
- We accept registrations on the day but cannot guarantee a place. Please note: those delegates who register by phone and pay on the day of the conference cannot be guaranteed a place in the event of a conference becoming over-subscribed.
- Early booking is advisable to guarantee a place and to help us calculate numbers.
- If bookings three weeks before a conference are low, conferences are at risk of cancellation.
- Where events are fully subscribed, a reserve list is kept in case more places become available.
- It is essential that we have your email address and/or telephone/fax number(s), in case we need to contact you about any unforseen changes.
- If you would like confirmation of your registration, you should tick the box provided and enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope.
Payment may be made by cash or by cheque made payable to the 'University of London' . You may pay by cash if you bring your form and payment into the office. Please do not send cash in the post. We regret that we are only able to accept credit card payments for overseas delegates. Please return your completed form and fee to:
